Rereketanga-kassidie

WALT: we are learning about  our school value Rereketanga or Diversity.

My picture is about different colours and shapes. Rereketanga means supporting other people for who they are. Don't be mean and rude. Welcome them or play with them. Treat someone how you would like to be treated. If I was a heart and you were a cloud and  you said to me, "Hearts are dumb!" how do you think I will feel? Not really happy. It's the same with people. My picture tells you to be different, be yourself and don't bully too. 




How do you show Diversity?

My cousins

My cousins came over from Australia. Me and mum waited at the gate for them. We were so happy to see them. Aunty drove us back home we showed them around then we played call  of duty. My cousins are Ari jojo and aunty darc.then they stayed for 1 month it was december almost christmas. We slept in the tent,me, khaia and Ari outside my house it was  fun. When it was christmas  we woke up bright and early we were waiting for presents. My favourite present was money. after the presents we got ready for breakfast at nana’s.after breakfast we went home and played with our presents then. Then we went to the warehouse.then we went to dinner. The next day we’re packing our bags to go to camp. it took a long time to get there.it was 5 hours. we cooked burgers and we ate marshmallows.

Hydroponic Prototype

WALT: we are learninig about hydroponic systems Why did you choose this design?

I chose this design because I had so many ideas but the one I chose was easy to draw and I think it’s a good idea. It gets lots of sunlight because it is a square and the sun can shine on the plants from both sides. I don't have to water it so much because when I fill up the pipes the water goes slowly down the pipes and the plants drink it.

Hi  my name is Kassidie. I like to Play games on my PS4. My favorite movie is wreck it ralf. I have one sister  she is 5 years old  and a Baby Brother he is 2 years old and i was born on 2010 June the 21.  I'm 8 years old turning 9 next year. I enjoy this school and making new Friends and love learning new things. I love to read books, I love reading Funny Books. My favorite Book is there was an old woman who swallowed a Weta. Paparore school is the best school in the world because I have the best teacher. His name is Mr Masters. If you have been in his Class or are in his Class  I hope your Having a good day in his class.
